(2) Discuss April F2F 2011 scheduling w/ Open Printing Summit and Easter holiday weekend

- April 2012 PWG F2F originally scheduled for 4-6 April (Easter week)

- Previous week in March is IETF meeting (Jerry)

- Second week of April is not good (due to post-Easter vacations)

- Fourth week of April is best for Apple

- Ira sent note to Mike/Till proposing new schedule after SC meeting

ACTION: Mike Sweet to work with Till, Ira, and Glen for joint PWG/Open Printing meeting the week of 23-27 April 2012

(5) MSPS License Agreement

- After MS publishes revised MSPS spec with new click-through license
  - Mike could send PWG request (as Chair) for license to use in specs

- Until then
  - No work-in-progress on MSPS / PJT mapping can be posted to PWG
  - No approval for revised Cloud Imaging WG charter w/ MSPS task

ACTION: ALL SC Members to review the MSPS license agreement for the PWG and their respective companies

ACTION: The PWG Chair and working group chairs need to make sure that both the Wiki pages are current and accurate, and that the Google calendar is up to date for conference calls.
