(2) Jane Celusak (ISTO) report on liaison agreements and options

- Discussion
  - Jane is the Program manager from the IEEE ISTO for the PWG

  - Jane has been working on liaison agreement dashboard for additive 
    manufacturing and 3D printing
    - Many standards groups potentially involved
    - Some standards groups have liaison agreement requirements where it 
      isn't clear if the PWG qualifies, e.g., is PWG regarded as a true 
      "Standards Development Organization" (SDO) in their eyes

  - There are standards groups related to medical 3D printing who are 
    interested in what IPP 3D provides and we are hoping to leverage that 
    interest as a way for promoting IPP 3D in ISO/ASTM space

  - Action items for the PWG SC
    - In order to take part in the AMSC project, we need to establish a 
      liaison with a number of standards groups to really take part
      - ANSI
      - Specific TCs (Technical Committees) within ISO
    - Create a FAQ that describes in a 1 page format the nature of the PWG 
      as an SDO
    - Create a standard Liaison Agreement template / packet that we can share 
      with others
    - Smith to send message to Jane who will facilitate a connection to the 
      IEEE SA about a connection between IEEE P3030 and the PWG (because Smith 
      and Mike have been thus far unsuccessful in getting a response)

  - SC
    - Do we need a 3D working group? Or an SC 3D liaison "tiger team"?
    - We definitely need a liaison agreement with 3MF Consortium

ACTION: Ira to document OID arc usage in PWG
- OPEN - action applies particularly to LDAP OID usage
- "arc" is any single value (often least-significant) in an OID
- Existing plain text PWG policy and registry for each PWG MIB base OID
