- Discussion
  - "One of the most positive F2F events we have had in some time"

  - Smith to work with Jeremy Reitz to clarify status of Mopria / PWG liaison

  - Bring more cables (VGA, etc.) for projector

  - Internet access was fine

  - Wild Palms did a good job of taking care of us

  - Good exchanges with Linux OP, Google, and others

  - Sean Kau (Google) working on getting Google to join PWG as a member company

  - Good spirit and engagement by many attendees

(3) PWG GitHub License Move to Apache v2 - Status (Smith / Mike)

- Discussion
  - No updates

  - Smith and Mike have an existing action to work on this

(4) GDPR and PWG Operations (Smith / Jessica / Mike)

- Discussion
  - Jessica communicated specific requests about updates to privacy policy links 
    on the PWG website, notice to reflectors, etc.
    - Mike to help with website policy link updates - Mike already working on these

    - Smith already posted privacy notice to primary PWG reflectors

    - Update on progress on this at next SC call in 2 weeks

  - Selection of IEEE-ISTO website contractor is close 
    - Report from Jessica in near future

(5) Plan for Future PWG F2F in 2018 (All)

- Discussion
  - Tentative plan to virtualize both August 2018 and November 2018 F2F
    - 22-23 August? Or 15-16 August? 
      - The latter is better for Ira, and is clear for all other SC members

  - Maybe move the May 2019 Joint PWG/OP F2F to Lexington, KY?
    - Good idea to keep an eye on for 2019

ACTION: Ira to document OID arc usage in PWG
- OPEN - pwg-mib-numbers-20091220.txt
- "arc" is any single value (often least-significant) in an OID - Existing plain text PWG policy and registry for each PWG MIB base OID - IBM gave PWG a permanent arc for LDAP OIDs for Print Schema (RFC 7612)
- LDAP OIDs to be documented in a additional policy and registry in ".../process/"
ACTION: Ira to update "pwg-namespace-policy-20060112.txt" - add "white" prefix and update project and document lifecycles
- IN PROGRESS - pwg-namespace-policy-20160820.txt is first draft
ACTION: Smith/Ira to write job descriptions for PWG Chair, PWG Vice-Chair, and PWG Secretary

ACTION: Ira and Alan work w/ Anne Price to develop a joint TCG/PWG demo of HCD-TNC profile in a Printer with a Router or OS evaluating the Printer Health

ACTION: Smith/Mike/Ira/anybody to draft whitepaper on late binding for best fidelity in Cloud servers, intent vs. process for output fidelity, and the fundamental design ethos of the PWG's work

ACTION: Smith to ask PWG Webmaster to improve the SEO / searchability of our website from well-known search engines (low priority)

ACTION: Smith to ask Jane how he can converse directly with the lawyer doing the filing to check on IPP Everywhere trademark. If that doesn't work, plan is to move to a "™" on the "IPP Everywhere™" icon / trademark listing and then wait for a suitable "specimen of use" to appear

ACTION: Paul to write back to his AWS contact a discussion of what PWG is actually trying to do, and decide on an appropriate path forward, because it isn't clear that getting the PWG to have "advisor status" will help liaison
