- Discussion - What went well - Alan's IDS WG session was good and productive - IPP sessions were positive and productive - F2F preparation was timely - What went less than optimally - Did we try to cram too much stuff in? But that happens...we started later in the day (9am Mountain) and stopped early (2pm Mountain) - Smith apologized for being late both days - Everything was generally good as always - No problems with lots of unrecognized people logging into the WebEx
- Discussion - How flexible are we for moving things around in May / June? - 2 automotive security conferences in late June (Ira) - Wi-Fi Alliance in first week of June (Smith) - We will keep talking about this but try to nail it down between now and November - At the OP call last week, Ira brought up proposal to have May 2019 F2F in Lexington and they unanimously approved Lexington as a possible location - Jeremy Leber said Lexmark was happy to host and any dates were fine with him
- Discussion - ISTO proposed to re-do the PWG site using Wordpress - Mike, Smith, and Ira are not super comfortable with this proposal but want to discuss to get a more complete sense of what ISTO is proposing - ISTO still looking for admins who could take care of our site as-is, but they are having difficulty finding such a candidate - We will continue to look for alternative solutions
- Discussion - ASTM/ISO - Paul and Jessica were chatting via email about attribution and an agreement to allow ASTM and PWG permission to cross-reference between these org's specifications - Jessica to contact Pat Picarello what ASTM/ISO needs PWG to say in writing, and ISTO will review and approve and get that done - ISO study group has become a workgroup - Liaison level membership is free but non-voting - PWG can be a liaison member to gain access - PWG to engage with ISTO and ISO in this liaison member level whenever they announce / get in touch with us (Paul) sometime in the fall - Assisting NIST effort for concrete printing - NIST is a US government organization - NIST could sponsor PWG to help with example technologies - Another liaison agreement workflow that Paul should get Jessica to help out with setupACTION: 08/27/18 - Smith to send Jessica an explanation of the difference between PWG spec copyright statements and our PWG code licenses (i.e., Apache v2 currently)

- Discussion - One of the GSoC students (Sahil Arora) has volunteered to help Aveek update OP website - Aveek to work with Sahil to rework the OP website, and they intend to add prominent mention of IPP Everywhere™ on the site - Aveek will also start work on a new OP logo
- Discussion - No progress since the last SC meeting - Smith to get back on this
- Discussion - Smith asked about SFTP (SSH-based FTP) and we aren't going to use that - Ira noted there is no IETF RFC definition of SFTP (after 14 years of trying) - There are a number of different free FTPS clients available
