  - IPP System Service v1.0
     - In PWG Formal Vote to end 22 November 2019 (Friday after F2F)
     - Several responses already

  - Alan suggested that it would be great if all responses to a Formal Vote (which are
    private) should get a response from the Chair or one of the other officers, to provide 
    the voter with an acknowledgement of their vote and thank them for replying
    - We have historically only replied to responses for Last Calls (which are public)

(6) UK Govt Printing Workshop - Status (Ira/Smith)

- Discussion
  - Keith Houghton (UK Govt Printing) sent first draft of his whitepaper "Print 
    Service Interoperability using Open Standards" that suggested use of IPP Shared 
    Infrastructure to Mike, Ira, and Paul (as IPP WG officers) on 18 October 2019

  - Keith Houghton sent announcement of UK Govt Printing Interoperability Workshop
    to many stakeholders on 25 October 2019

  - Keith Houghton chaired UK Govt Printing Interoperability Workshop at 7-9am on
    28 October 2019 with dozens of stakeholders (19 printer suppliers, software 
    vendors, UK govt staff, Mike and Ira, etc.) and sent slides and second draft of
    "Print Service Interoperability using Open Standards" on 28 October 2019

  - Mike Sweet created some workshop feedback slides on "Release Printing" and shared 
    with Smith and Ira on 1 November 2019
    - Smith provided some editorial comments
    - Mike sent a second draft of slides on "Release Printing" on 5 November 2019

ACTION: Ira to document OID arc usage in PWG

- "arc" is any single value (often least-significant) in an OID - Existing plain text PWG policy and registry for each PWG MIB base OID - IBM gave PWG a permanent arc for LDAP OIDs for Print Schema (RFC 7612)
- LDAP OIDs to be documented in a additional policy and registry in ".../process/"
ACTION: Smith/Mike/Ira/anybody to draft whitepaper on late binding for best fidelity in Cloud servers, intent vs. process for output fidelity, and the fundamental design ethos of the PWG's work
