  - Smith contacted Alan with some possibilities from discussion at previous SC meeting

  - Alan will reach out and get back to the SC with status to make sure that IDS WG 
    keeps going etc. (smile)

(4) PWG November F2F - Debrief (All)

- Discussion
  - Smith to write the PWG November F2F Summary this week 
    - Draft by Wednesday, post by Friday after review?

  - IDS WG session was very positive and full of good content!

  - IPP WG
    - Lots of stuff in flight and time slicing can slow things down

    - Toolset enhancements to allow offline review to increase velocity? 
      - Maybe...we will talk about that later
      - But offline review doesn't work in some ways because it isn't an interactive
        discussion - and does it really increase velocity?  Not clear...

    - Perhaps limit the number of documents in flight to increase focus?

  - SC status slides are a VERY useful addition!

(5) PWG Last Calls or Formal Votes - Status (Smith/Jeremy/Ira)

  - IPP System Service v1.0
    - PWG Formal Vote ended 22 November 2019 (Friday after F2F)

    - We have met quorum (25% of 25 voting members = 6)

    - 6 YES votes (one with comments) / 1 ABSTAIN

    - SC approval of the Formal Approval process for IPP System Service?
      - YES

ACTION: 12/02/19 - Mike to create a Candidate Standard version of IPP System Service, post to PWG FTP site, and announce to PWG

  - GCP / IPP Everywhere announcement - pending
    - SC live editing

    - Should we see if we can get Google to update their pages or press releases on 
      the subject to mention IPP Everywhere and wait to do our own PWG press release 
      until then?
      - YES

    - Sit on this and engage with Sean Kau (Google) and his peers and see if they can 
      mention IPP Everywhere first on Google pages
 
    - No PWG press release at any point - only a blog posting on the PWG site

    - PWG should NOT join the "mob" of the blogosphere (others blogs) or forumsphere

  - Action item for "Smith / Ira to ping Anne Price to write drafts for IPP Everywhere 
    1.1 and Release 4 of IPP Everywhere 1.0 tools and IPP 3D Printing in December 2019 
    to be ready for January (avoiding CES 2020 overload)" was not addressed yet

ACTION: Ira to document OID arc usage in PWG
- OPEN - pwg-mib-numbers-20091220.txt
- "arc" is any single value (often least-significant) in an OID - Existing plain text PWG policy and registry for each PWG MIB base OID - IBM gave PWG a permanent arc for LDAP OIDs for Print Schema (RFC 7612)
- LDAP OIDs to be documented in a additional policy and registry in ".../process/"
ACTION: Smith/Mike/Ira/anybody to draft whitepaper on late binding for best fidelity in Cloud servers, intent vs. process for output fidelity, and the fundamental design ethos of the PWG's work

- Perhaps have as a topic for some future PWG F2F to enumerate core set of concepts with which to construct an outline for the document
- Smith to add discussion of this late binding for the future F2F Plenary
ACTION: Smith to write an outline of the structure of Process 4.0 for SC review
