  - Ira had introductory meeting with Seth Newberry last Friday (03/04/22)
    - Each introduced their respective orgs to one another

    - There seems to be an impedance mismatch between the PWG's financials and the LF's
      membership fees when the JDF project org collects dues from its own members

    - Standards Hub might be another standards hosting org that would better align with our
      membership fee structure

  - Ira to follow up with Seth and others about the options in the next week or two
    - Seth to attend a future SC meeting after that

(6) PWG 2022 Member Dues - status (Jeremy, Smith)

  - Still a few outliers who haven't paid yet

  - Jeremy offered to help ISTO with reminders to those who have yet to pay
    - Some issues may be caused by email delivery problems

- "arc" is any single value (often least-significant) in an OID - Existing plain text PWG policy and registry for each PWG MIB base OID - IBM gave PWG a permanent arc for LDAP OIDs for Print Schema (RFC 7612)
- LDAP OIDs to be documented in a additional policy and registry in ".../process/"
ACTION: Smith/Mike/Ira/anybody to draft whitepaper on late binding for best fidelity in Cloud servers, intent vs. process for output fidelity, and the fundamental design ethos of the PWG's work
