  - Joni sent draft agreement to 3MF Consortium via DocuSign

  - Smith reached out to Luis today to see what was going on

  - Paul listened to the process group in AMSC soliciting recommendations for items in a "gaps" 
    list. One of the items was "device capabilities". Now is the time to engage with AMSC who is 
    working on a v3.0 till next May 2023 (start now, finish by April, publish in June)
    - 3MF and PWG could collaboratively identify the gap in device capabilities querying to AMSC 
      and work together with in AMSC to get on this

ACTION: 10/17/22 - Paul to contact Luis at 3MF (and CC Mike and Jeremy) with a description of the AMSC v3.0 opportunity and request immediate collaboration to work together on this in AMSC, but not overtly mention the liaison in the note

    - For the first time we are in the fourth month of coding, as all the OpenPrinting projects 
      got extended by 4 weeks or 6 weeks. The 4 projects extended by 4 weeks have ended now and 
      all the contributors have passed.

    - Applying a new feature of the GSoC! 
      - Coding extended for all 7 contributors by four or six weeks to 10/10/22 or 10/24/22
      - To compensate for contributors exams and restarted classes during GSoC 2022 coding

ACTION: Ira to document OID arc usage in PWG

- "arc" is any single value (often least-significant) in an OID - Existing plain text PWG policy and registry for each PWG MIB base OID - IBM gave PWG a permanent arc for LDAP OIDs for Print Schema (RFC 7612)
- LDAP OIDs to be documented in a additional policy and registry in ".../process/"
ACTION: Smith/Mike/Ira/anybody to draft whitepaper on late binding for best fidelity in Cloud servers, intent vs. process for output fidelity, and the fundamental design ethos of the PWG's work

- Perhaps have as a topic for some future PWG F2F to enumerate core set of concepts with which to construct an outline for the document
- Smith to add discussion of this late binding for the future F2F Plenary
