    - 13 responses so far (6 for virtual, 4 for Lexington of the first 10 respondees)

    - Jeremy getting a temporary subscription so we can see the complete results

  - Plan on 6 hour days if in person and maybe make the breaks and lunch be a bit longer

(6) PWG Communications Challenges - status (All)

- Discussion
  - Mailing list issues with ippeveselfcert
    - HP colleague posted to the list but:
      (a) the message was never received by anybody 
          subscribed to the list; 
      (b) the message never appeared in the archive; and (c) the message was not being held for 
          moderator approval.

  - Smith posted after the call to the list and his message went through, so it might be 
    "pilot error";
    - Smith to follow up with colleague

  - Jeremy wasn't receiving messages sent from Survey Monkey to chair@pwg.org (it is a mailing 
    list now and nothing in the moderator approval trap)
    - This is a bit more troubling

    - No messages being held for moderator approval

(7) PWG 3D / IPP article development - status (All)

  - Earliest time to get to this is second half of February so defer this topic till then

ACTION: Ira to document OID arc usage in PWG

- "arc" is any single value (often least-significant) in an OID - Existing plain text PWG policy and registry for each PWG MIB base OID - IBM gave PWG a permanent arc for LDAP OIDs for Print Schema (RFC 7612)
- LDAP OIDs to be documented in a additional policy and registry in ".../process/"
ACTION: Smith / Mike / Ira/ anybody to draft whitepaper on late binding for best fidelity in Cloud servers, intent vs. process for output fidelity, and the fundamental design ethos of the PWG's work

- Perhaps have as a topic for some future PWG F2F to enumerate core set of concepts with which to construct an outline for the document
- Smith to add discussion of this late binding for the future F2F Plenary
