• Still in a holding pattern WRT Mike's evaluation (waiting for him to have spare cycles)
• Ira forwarding an email discussing the use of Postorius for sharing archives - seems to require Mailman 3, how does this factor in to finding a solution for our mailing list woes? need to investigate further
• For now people just reach out to vice-chair@pwg.org (Smith) if they have issues

• Bill: Really found the discussion about firmware updates and encrypted jobs and related topics very useful
  
• Managed service and contracts and how that complicates the firmware update process
• IDS and discussion of CSA Product Security certification
• Good mix of folks there - finally got Apple back to the table!
• 3D aspect - it has become clear it is one more module within IPP, and all of that is leverage-able over to 3D and that is one of the important values provided by adopting IPP. What's holding 3D back is process / QA but that's not really a problem that IPP solves - that is an issue of how the object / content is rendered before it is transmitted via IPP.
  
• IDS WG participation follow-up (Alan/Jeremy)
• Jeremy was going to send a list of the mailing list subscribers or frequent attendees to look for additional officers or get some more people subscribed to the reflector
• Lower engagement these days - how to drum up a bit more engagement
• Alan to send out the meeting notice a bit earlier - next one is 8/22

• None recently other than the ongoing mailman issues
  
• PWG 3D / IPP article development - status (All)
• Alan working on the presentation for ICAM - last week in October
  
• PWG 3D PR Opportunities - update (Paul)
• Two emails to get out soon to find out what else we are going to do at ICAM and get something over to 3dprint.com to drum up interest
• Once we know what we are doing we will get an article over to them
• We need to produce the article content, and that is pretty technical, so external PR assistance won't be that helpful in this context
• Our draft will be filled out by the 3dprint.com staff once we have submitted a draft to them
• Does 3dprint.com share back to us before publishing? Paul will check on that
